Ambassador Agreement
1. Program Overview
United All Around ("UAA") invites selected individuals ("Ambassadors") to participate in our Ambassador Program. By submitting this application and accepting these terms, you agree to the following conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must have a public Instagram account.
Applicants who are minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You must be located in the United States.
3. What You Receive
Up to 2 complimentary UAA gymnastics leotards.
A unique discount code (15% off) to share with your followers.
Potential features on UAA's official Instagram and website.
4. Your Commitments
Post a minimum of 2 Instagram posts (feed posts or Reels) featuring UAA leotards within 30 days of receiving your product.
Tag @united_all_around in each post and caption.
Include #UnitedAllAround and #UAAgymnast hashtags.
Your account must remain public during the ambassador period.
5. Content Rights
By posting content featuring UAA products, you grant UAA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for marketing purposes including social media, website, advertising, and print materials. You retain ownership of your original content.
6. Compensation
This program provides product-based compensation only. No monetary payment is guaranteed or implied unless separately agreed upon in writing.
7. Product Terms
Leotards provided are complimentary and non-returnable.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on this page.
Products are for personal use and may not be resold.
8. Termination
Either party may end the ambassador relationship at any time with no obligation. UAA reserves the right to remove ambassadors who do not meet posting requirements or whose content does not align with brand values.
9. Disclaimer
UAA makes no guarantees regarding follower growth, engagement, or sales resulting from ambassador activities.
10. Modifications
UAA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
